Stephen Dorrler Joins GBA
Mr. J. Stephen Dorrler has joined Gahagan & Bryant Associates, Inc. as a Senior Associate. He brings with him over 38 years in the specialized field of emergency response planning, training, drills and exercises and real incident management throughout the U.S. and over 6 years of managing major dredging and dredged material activities. Mr. Dorrler’s most recent activities have focused on the planning and development for one of the countries largest port deepening project including federal, state and local agency coordination, dredged material placement, air and wetland mitigation projects, and Corps of Engineers authorization and annual appropriations via Congressional lobbying efforts.
Mr. Dorrler received a bachelor of Civil Engineering from Manhattan College, NY and a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering from New York University, NY.
With GBA, Mr. Dorrler will be focusing on dredged material handling and environmental mitigation services as well as support for Port Authorities as they strive to comply with Dept. of Homeland Security port related emergency response requirements.
