Timothy M. Donegan Joins GBA
Mr. Timothy M. Donegan, PE has joined Gahagan & Bryant Associates, Inc. as a Senior Associate. Mr. Donegan has more than 11 years of experience in the areas of dredged material engineering and management; cost estimating; hydrographic surveys, data processing and numerical modeling; port and harbor planning and development; coastal protection and navigational channel design.
Mr. Donegan received a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from New England College and a Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering (Ocean) from John Hopkins University.
